走向深度学习发展汽修专业核心素养

摘 要：在我国工业飞速发展的大背景下，不论是汽车的制造水平，还是配件的完善程度都得到了显著的提升。这与对外国零件的引入及技术的吸纳有着直接关联，随着工艺水平的进步，在一定程度上推动了汽修人员的专业核心素养的发展。因此，为满足汽修专业长远发展的需要，对汽修人员的专业技能及核心素养有着更为严苛的要求，以提高汽修水平，以便应对汽修领域中出现的各种问题。为了达到这一高度，满足当代人们对于汽修的真实需求，走向深度学习，全身心地投入到汽修专业的学习研究中，深入把握汽修领域的专业知识，势不可挡的就成为了重中之重。本文通过分析现实问题，提出相关举措以发展汽修专业的核心素养。

Towards Deep Learning to Develop the Core Literacy of Auto Repair Profession

Abstract：In the context of the rapid development of China's industry， both the manufacturing level of automobiles and the perfection of accessories have been significantly improved. This is directly related to the introduction of foreign parts and the absorption of technology. With the advancement of technology， it has promoted the development of the professional core competence of auto repair personnel to a certain extent. Therefore， in order to meet the needs of the long-term development of the auto repair profession， there are more stringent requirements for the professional skills and core qualities of the auto repair personnel， to improve the level of auto repair and to deal with various problems in the field of auto repair. In order to achieve this height and meet the real needs of modern people for auto repair， we are moving towards deep learning and devoting ourselves to the study and research of auto repair professional. In-depth grasp of professional knowledge in the field of auto repair has become the top priority. This article analyzes practical problems and proposes relevant measures to develop the core literacy of the auto repair profession.

隨着交通的发达，汽车已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的交通工具，即便是较为落后的乡村，汽车也都随处可见，而在大城市里更甚，经常出现堵车情况。可见，汽车行业正发展得如日中天，也正是如此，对于汽车的需求量也在与日俱增，现实中所出现的汽修领域内的问题也数不胜数，为了迎合人们的需要，跟上社会发展的脚步，必然也需要大量的专业性人才。因此，要提高教学水准，就要严格落实深度学习，培养学生的核心素养，发掘出学生的内在潜力，杜绝形式化教育。

1 汽修专业的教学现状

1.1 教学模式落后

与其他很多学科一样，汽修专业的老师在教学过程中依然存在着呆板教学的现象，数十年如一日的教学方式，千篇一律满堂灌的教学方法，使得授课的效果也只是马马虎虎，得过且过。……
