与医药产业协调发展的地方高职药学教育改革研究

摘 要 高职院校想要在发展的同时，更好地满足地方医药对医药产业人才提出的相关需求，那么必须对地方医药产业进行紧密对接，更好地实现服务区域经济发展战略，并且结合地方医药产业的实际发展情况，做好人才定位工作，采用校企合作方式，保证校企预期资源得以共享等。所以本人主要是针对高职医药人才培养模式进行有效的探讨，切实的为医疗机构、医药企业培养从事于营销、质检、生产等相关工作的人才，并且也为培养更多高素质、高技能、应用型人才提供有力的支持。

Abstract Vocational colleges want to meet the relevant needs of local medicine talents while developing， so it is necessary to closely connect the local pharmaceutical industry， better realize the strategy of serving regional economic development， and make good positioning of talents in combination with the actual development of local pharmaceutical industry， and adopt the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises to ensure the expected resources of school enterprises To share， etc. So I mainly focus on the effective discussion of the training mode of medical talents in higher vocational colleges， and effectively train the medical institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises to train talents engaged in marketing， quality inspection， production and other related work， and also provide strong support for the cultivation of more high-quality， high-skilled and applied talents.

医药产业作为国民经济生产当中重要的组成部分，对于社会进步、经济发展、构建和谐社会、提高人民生活品质、提高人民群众生活质量与幸福指数等，具有十分重要的作用。随着医药产业不断发展，通过大力培养行业高素质人才，已经成为当前高职院校办学的价值取向和办学特点。教育部明确提出高职教育，增强服务作为宗旨，将就业作为导向，将产学结合作为未来最主要的发展道路，为管理、接受、生产、服务培养更多留得住、下得去、用得上的高素质人才，并且保证人才具备较高的道德素养。在培养人才过程中，职业院校需要积极探索出与高职药学专业人才培养相适应的发展道路，并且结合当地实际发展情况，对于人才进行精准定位，采用人才培养定位、订单式培养方式、校企合作人才等，这样才能培养出最佳的人才。……
