思政视域下的信号与系统课程目标达成度评价

摘 要 为契合高校课程思政和工程教育专业认证两方面要求，以信号与系统课程为例，依据专业的毕业要求各指标点，设计了融入思政教育的课程目标，分析了课程目标对毕业要求的支撑关系，借此构建思政视域下的课程目标达成度评价方法。采用所提方法计算和评价了信号与系统的课程目标达成度，对评价结果分析后给出持续改进建议。新方法为科学评价专业课程的目标达成情况和推动本科工程教育的高质量发展提供了新思路。

Abstract In order to meet the requirements of curriculum ideology and politics and engineering education certification in universities， taking the course of signals and systems as an example， the graduation requirement index points supported by major courses are formulated， the curriculum objectives integrating ideological and political education are designed， and the supporting relationship between curriculum objectives and index points is analyzed. On this basis， the evaluation mechanism and method of the achievement degree from the perspective of ideological and political education are constructed. After analyzing the evaluation results， suggestions for continuous improvement are given. The proposed method provides a new idea for the scientific evaluation of the achievement of major courses goals.

0 引言

工程教育专业认证的开展，提升了我国工程教育的国际竞争力，其中一个重要环节是课程目标达成度评价及其支撑的毕业要求达成情况评价。基于Outcomes-Based Education（OBE）教育理念，课程目标应依据毕业要求指标点设计，以支撑毕业要求指标点达成为宗旨，在教学中以课程目标达成统领教学内容和形式，通过目标达成度的评价来检验该课程的教学效果。

新中国确立教育工作目标为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。然而，在新时代中国特色社会主义不断前行的今天，不和谐现象在高校仍时有发生，大到损害国家利益和祖国荣誉的事件，小到精致利己主义的表露，这都反映出思政教育的迫切性和重要性。教育部近期印發的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》，要求提高学生正确认识问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力，注重强化学生工程伦理教育，培养学生精益求精的大国工匠精神，激发学生科技报国的家国情怀和使命担当。……
