校企合作背景下人才语言能力提升的对策

【摘  要】校企合作是培养新时代人才的重要举措，语言能力是劳动职业能力的核心技能。基于社会经济的发展，提升人才语言运用能力具有重要意义。论文基于校企合作视角剖析人才语言运用能力的概念及意义，探讨人才语言能力提升的现实冲突，最后立足于校企合作提出提升人才语言能力的具体对策。

【Abstract】School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure to cultivate talents in the new era， and language ability is the core skill of labor professional ability. Based on the development of social economy， it is of great significance to improve talents' language application ability. Based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation， this paper analyzes the concept and significance of talent's language application ability， discusses the realistic conflict of talent's language ability improvement， and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to improve talent's language ability based on school-enterprise cooperation.

1 引言

语言能力是通过口头或者书面的方式与他人进行相互沟通的能力，是新时代人才的职业核心能力之一。随着我国综合实力的不断增强和民族意识的唤醒，尤其是人力资源部研发的“职业汉语岗位能力培训与测试”为语言运用能力培养提供了依据。根据对用人单位的调查发现，高职学生的语言表达、文字能力以及沟通协调能力存在欠缺，不能满足企业岗位要求，影响到职业发展。因此，构建以校企合作为导向的人才语言能力提升体系成为培养优秀人才的关键内容。

2 校企合作背景下人才语言能力的概念及意义

语言能力是人们在职业生活中运用汉语进行交际和传递信息的能力，如口头表达、书面表达、阅读理解等都是语言能力的体现。基于现代职业竞争的不断加剧，尤其是通识人才在职场中的重要性，使得语言运用能力成为现代职业核心竞争力之一。实践证明，具有加强语言能力的员工能够明确地表达工作计划与目标，能够更好地带领团队完成企业的预期目标，为企业创造更大的价值。……
