浅析家校合作在小学班级管理当中的有效应用

摘  要：很多的小学班主任和家长都认为班级管理是班主任的任务，与其他人没有太大的关系。这是一种错误的认知，班级管理并不仅仅涉及到班主任，学生家长同样是影响到班级管理是否可以有效进行的重要因素，同样学生家长也是辅助小学班主任进行班级管理的重要助力之一。很多的小学生在成长的过程中会出现一些心理问题，影响到健康成长，也影响到小学班级管理的正常进行。而仅仅凭借班主任是无法解决这一问题，需要学生家长与班主任进行家校合作来更好地促进学生健康成长。

On the effective application of home school cooperation in primary school class management

【Abstract】Many primary school head teachers and parents think that class management is the task of the head teacher，which has little to do with other people. This is a wrong cognition，class management is not only related to the head teacher，the parents of students is also an important factor affecting whether the class management can be carried out effectively，and the parents of students are also one of the important aids to assist the primary school head teacher in class management. Many primary school students will have some psychological problems in the process of growth，which will affect the healthy growth and the normal management of primary school class. However，only relying on the head teacher can not solve this problem. Parents and head teachers need to cooperate with each other to promote the healthy growth of students.

充分地了解学生是小学班主任进行有效班级管理的基础，但是很多的小学班主任并不了解学生们的实际情况，这不仅仅跟师生交流较少有关系，还与班主任与学生家长之间的交流合作较少有很大的关系。大部分的小学班主任只清楚学生们在学校的情况，对于学生在生活中和家庭中的相关信息了解并不透彻，这就给师生之间的交流造成了一定的障碍。而且很多的小学生在成长的过程中会遇到学习上的问题、生活中的问题，这些都可能给学生们造成一定的心理压力或者是产生一定的心理问题。只有学生家长和小学班主任进行有效的沟通和合作才能够更好的了解学生和家长，继而为小学生们营造一个良好的成长环境，促使小学生们更加健康的学习和成长。……
