探究初中道德与法治课学生自主学习教学模式

摘  要：在学生从孩子步入青年的初中重要阶段，道德与法制教育是凌驾于各考试学科之上的必修课程之一。道德与法制涉及的内容大多数是理论性的知识，但是实际的运用却是体现于生活的各个方面的，因此道德与法制的教育课程应重点提倡学生的自主学习。本文将以道德法制教育与自主学习为主题进行教学模式的探究。

Exploring the teaching mode of students' autonomous learning in the course of morality and rule of law in junior high schools

【Abstract】In the important stage of junior high school when students are from children to youth，moral and legal education is one of the compulsory courses that override all examination subjects. Most of the content involved in ethics and legal system is theoretical knowledge，but the actual application is reflected in all aspects of life，so the education curriculum of ethics and legal system should focus on promoting students' independent learning. This article will explore the teaching model with the theme of moral and legal education and autonomous learning.

1.道德與法制教育的重要性

道德和法制教育是使初中生走上正确人生道路的必要保障。首先，设立这一课程，可以使学生对于道德和法制两者有基本的认识。道德是人处于世的基本准则，而法制相对于道德更加具有强制性。道德的败坏在人生的起点处可能只是受人背地里的指点和责备，长久则会导致人际交往、人际关系的恶化，在社会当中处于被孤立的地位。为防止初中生做出违背道德的行为却不能够及时自知改正，就必须要进行道德与法制教育，道德教育是学生在成长初期树立正确的道德观的警示牌。为防止学生在成长过程中受到不当的影响，进而在将来做出有违法律法规的行为，受到法律的制裁，法制教育是预防学生犯错的篱墙，将学生约束在法制的范围内，使之清楚法制的界限，并且防止学生跨越法制的界限。道德与法制教育是树立学生正确价值观，灌输法律知识的必要课程，帮助学生在将来的社会当中度过安全安稳的生活。……
