摘 要:探讨创新型教学模式在医学影像学教学实践上的可行性。将在齐齐哈尔医学院2017级、2018级医学影像专业学生分为两组,以实施医学影像信息学传统教学的2017级学生作为对照组,以实施医学影像信息学创新型教学的2018级学生作为观察组,分析比较两组学生学习医学影像信息学后在影像操作方面的临床实践能力,并调查了解2018级学生对医学影像信息学课程的参与情况、兴趣情况以及在实习期间实践工作中,医学影像信息学理论课上内容的实用价值。两组不同的医学影像学授课方式对学生临床实践能力的提高具有显著性差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。创新型教育模式有助于培养适应临床实践的人才。

The Feasibility of Innovative Education in the Teaching Practice of Medical Imaging

Abstract: To explore the feasibility of innovative teaching mode in medical imaging teaching practice. The students of grade 2017 and grade 2018 in Qiqihar Medical University were divided into two groups, with the students of grade 2017 who implemented the traditional teaching of medical imaging informatics as the control group, and the students of grade 2018 with innovative teaching of medical imaging informatics as the observation group. To investigate the participation and interest of 2018 students in medical imaging informatics course, as well as the practical value of the content of medical imaging informatics theory course in practice during the internship. Results: the two groups of different teaching methods of medical imaging had significant difference on the improvement of students' clinical practice ability, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. The innovative education mode is helpful to cultivate talents who can adapt to clinical practice.

2018年齐齐哈尔医学院成功申硕,而“医学影像技术”专业成为了全国第一批影像技术硕士点,标志着齐齐哈尔医学院影像技术专业已经走在了国内的前沿,而如何成功培养影像技术专业学生成为了新的课题。医学影像信息学是一门需“动手能力”很强的学科,打破传统医学影像的诊疗手段,采用先进的网络技术和优质的医疗资源对影像诊疗进行综合性的判断[1-2]。传统的教学模式以医学影像信息学为理论知识,以临床操作为培养目标,对学生临床技能的培养仅限于理论知识转化为临床应用,创新型教学模式的宗旨是培养知识全面的影像技师,这不仅要求医学知识的掌握程度和临床的操作能力,还应涉及影像技师在影像设备和相关装置的操作技能和安全限制级别的判断能力,注重影像前沿技术的发展,以及与患者的沟通,进行健康教育等人文关怀[3]。……
