校企协同创新培养高职电气自动化专业人才探索

【摘  要】提倡实施校企协同创新的合作模式，符合教育改革后高职教学标准的相关要求。为满足企业对电气自动化专业技术人员的要求，提升电气自动化专业学生的就业竞争力，为学生的就业提供坚实的保障，应深入开展校企合作。论文分析了电气自动化专业人才培养的现状，并就实施校企协同创新的合作模式提出了相关建议。

【Abstract】Advocating the implementation of the cooperation mode of school-enterprise collaborative innovation is in line with the relevant requirements of higher vocational teaching standards after the education reform. In order to meet the requirements of enterprises for technical personnel of electrical automation major， improve the employment competitiveness of students of electrical automation major and provide solid guarantee for students' employment， school-enterprise cooperation should be carried out in depth. This paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating talents of electrical automation major， and puts forward relevant suggestions on the implementation of the cooperation mode of school-enterprise collaborative innovation.

1 引言

校企协同就是为提升学生的实践能力，院校与企业进行密切的合作，通过合作共同商议电气自动化专业的人才培养目标，为学生提供实践的机会与平台，让院校所培养的电气自动化专业学生能够与企业进行无缝衔接。目前，我国在校企合作的过程中仍存在一定的问题，加强落实校企协作的创新教学模式显得尤为重要。

2 电气自动化专业人才培养的现状

目前，校企合作是电气自动化专业职业教学的一种形式，目的在于培养出电气自动化方面的专业人才，以满足企业的发展需求。但是在我国电气自动化专业培养人才的过程中，普遍存在以下问题：

电气自动化专业在对课程进行设置时没有制定明确合理的校企合作方案，没有进行前期的市场深入调研，就无法制定出符合市场对电气自动化专业人才要求的培养方案;没有深刻理解企业需求标准下对人才培养提出的目标，就无法制定出明确的方案，即电气自动化专业不清楚应该培养出怎样的人才;没有及时转变传统的理念，就无法制定出具体实施流程。……
