贵州省农区鼠害绿色防控农民田间学校辅导员培训成果与建议

摘 要：为加强贵州省农区鼠害防治人才培养，增加农民田间学校（FFS）师资力量，不断提升鼠害防治团队成员科技创新能力，进一步提高鼠情监测与防治技术水平。2020年9月，在余庆县举办了贵州省农区鼠害绿色防控农民田间学校辅导员培训班（TOT），培训采取联合国粮农组织（FAO）倡导的参与式、互动式培训方式进行，训后30名学员测试平均成绩由训前48.90分上升到85.47分，及格率由训前36.67%上升为100%，学员成绩提升74.78%;学员参与式培训理念得到转变;学员个人能力和团队协作能力得到增强;学员和领导对培训模式和培训成果给予充分认可和肯定，各项测评内容的非常满意率均为100%。针对今后举办农民田间学校辅导员培训班，培训时间和培训内容要进一步优化，建议增加培训时间1～2 d，进一步丰富培训活动内容，举办时间安排在农田鼠害发生高峰期的5—7月为宜;培训经费投入要进一步加强，建议贵州省植保植检站增加培训经费投入，确保农民田间学校辅导员培训班的持续举办。

Abstract：In order to strengthen the training of rodent control talents in agricultural areas of Guizhou Province，increase the teachers of FFS，continuously improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of rodent control team members，and further improve the technical level of rodent monitoring and control，In September 2020，the TOT Training Course for Farmers Field School Counselors for Green Prevention and Control of Rodents in Guizhou Rural Areas was held in Yuqing county，The training was conducted in a participatory and interactive way advocated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations （FAO），After the training，the average test scores of 30 trainees increased from 48.90 points before training to 85.47 points，and the pass rate increased from 36.67% before training to 100%，and the trainees′ scores increased by 74.78% The concept of participatory training had been changed;Students′ personal ability and teamwork ability had been enhanced;Trainees and leaders gave full recognition and affirmation to the training mode and training results，and the satisfaction rate of each evaluation content was 100%，In view of the future training courses for farmers′ field school counselors，the training time and content should be further optimized，It is suggested to increase the training time by 1～2 days and further enrich the training activities，The holding time should be arranged from May to July at the peak of farmland rodent infestation，The investment in training funds should be further strengthened，and it is recommended that Guizhou Plant Protection and Quarantine Station continuous increasesfunds to ensure the training courses for Farmers Field School.
