电气自动化技术在汽车制造中的应用

摘 要：随着我国当前电器自动化技术的发展成熟和普及应用，在很大程度上便利了人民群众的生产生活。电气自动化和汽车制造工艺的完美结合，不仅极大提升了汽车用户的驾车体验，而且可以在很大程度上保证驾驶员和乘客的人身安全。文章基于当前电气自动化在汽车制造中的应用进行了简单分析，并对汽车制造中电气自动化技术的应用进行了阐述，最后对电气自动化技术在汽车制造中的未来发展趋势进行了预估。

Abstract：With the development and popularization of China's current electrical automation technology， the production and life of the people has been greatly facilitated. The perfect combination of electrical automation and automobile manufacturing processes not only greatly enhances the driving experience of automobile users， but also guarantees the personal safety of drivers and passengers to a large extent. Based on the current application of electrical automation in automobile manufacturing， the article makes a simple analysis， expounds the application of electrical automation technology in automobile manufacturing， and finally predicts the future development trend of electrical automation technology in automobile manufacturing.

1 引言

改革开放以来我国的经济发展态势整体呈现出稳步上升的趋势，各个行业的发展日新月异。汽车行业在这个过程中积极发展，现在在我国的国民经济中占有非常重要的位置。为了尽可能多的满足我国的快速发展，汽车这个先进产业专注新形势下的发展机遇，与时俱进，更新设计理念，将现代化高新技术成活灵活运用到汽车制造环节之中，有力协助汽车制造行业实现跨越式发展。

2 电气自动化概述

电气自动化技术作为目前新兴起来的一种先进工业技术，具有非常明显的优势和自身的重要价值，在社会上受到更多人的认可，并不断得到人们的喜爱，现在电气自动化不断发展和进步，广泛应用在很多的行业，在未来会有更多的发展目标和发展方向。电气自动化逐渐形成自动化系统，不断融入先进的信息化技术，而且水平逐渐提高，发展的越来越成熟，管理者可以根据系统随时进行监视，并且系统平台还具有较好的开放性，可以在接口的位置，设定好接口连接，与外部进行很好的交流，从外部来监视里面。……
