新媒体时代下辅导员网络思政育人问题与对策研究

摘 要：在新媒体时代的背景下，以微信、微博、短视频和直播APP等为代表的新兴媒体已经成为高校学生获取信息的重要渠道，给高校辅导员传统的工作模式带来了巨大挑战，加强高校网络思政育人工作日益紧迫。本文简要分析了当前高校网络思政育人的紧迫性，并讨论了存在的若干问题，有针对性地提出了相关对策。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Counselors Network Ideological and Political Education in the New Media Era

Abstract：In the context of the new media era， emerging media represented by WeChat， Weibo， short videos， and live streaming apps have become important channels for college students to obtain information， and have brought great challenges to the traditional work mode of college counselors. It is increasingly urgent to strengthen the network ideological and political education of colleges and universities. This article briefly analyzes the urgency of the current university network ideological and political education， and discusses a number of existing problems， and puts forward relevant countermeasures in a targeted manner.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出，做好高校思想政治工作，要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。要运用新媒体新技术使工作活起来，推动思想政治工作传统优势同信息技术高度融合，增强时代感和吸引力，培养中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。

高校辅导员肩负立德树人的重任，是高校学生思政育人的第一责任人。面对着新媒体时代海量、碎片化信息的冲击，辅导员传统的工作模式正在遭遇严重挑战。因此，高校辅导员必须乘势而上，主动占领新媒体传播与思政育人这一主阵地，尽快学习、掌握新媒体这一工具，将其“为我所用”，努力发挥好新媒体在思政育人方面的正面作用，缩小负面影响。辅导员要做好新媒体时代的思政育人工作，这既是对高校辅导员工作的时代要求，也是全社会的期待。

1 高校网络思政育人的紧迫性

近年来，随着互联网信息技术的迅猛发展，数字社会已经悄然来临。伴随着智能手机、智能平板电脑、智能穿戴设备等硬件的广泛普及，以微信、微博及各短视频、直播APP为代表的新媒体已经成为当前人们信息查询、获取资讯、娱乐消费、社交沟通甚至工作学习的重要手段，对于广大高校的青年学生来讲，更是如此。……
