汽车的零部件开发的变更管理探究

摘 要：随着汽车工业迅速发展，国家汽车管理部门对汽车零部件开发的变更管理也越来越严格，管理部门针对汽车零部件开发与生产出台了一系列管理规定，从而规范汽车行业生产行为。当前，关于汽车管理方面的研究主要集中在汽车零部件项目开发方面，对于汽車的零部件开发的变更管理项目的研究还相对较少，这不利于汽车管理部门的有效管理。基于此，本文主要对汽车的零部件开发的变更原因以及变更实施管控方法进行以下相关探究，从而希望能够为汽车管理部门中的零部件管理奠定理论基础。

Research on Change Management of Automobile Parts Development

Abstract：With the rapid development of automobile industry， the change management of automobile parts development by the national automobile management department is becoming more and more strict. In order to standardize the production behavior of automobile industry， at present， the research on automobile management is mainly focused on the development of automobile parts project， and the research on the change management project of automobile parts development is relatively few， which is not conducive to the effective management of automobile management department. Based on this， this paper mainly discusses the reasons for the change of automobile parts development and the control method of change implementation， to lay a theoretical foundation for the parts management in the automobile management department.

1 引言

汽车零部件开发的变更管理是整个汽车行业开发经营中一项非常重要的项目管理，有利于成本管理与技术管理工作之间的高度契合，加强汽车零部件产品更改运作的高效、可控性管理。本文通过对汽车的零部件开发的变更管理进行探究，希望能够帮助汽车零部件公司在生产经营过程当中找到存在问题，并针对存在问题提出对应性管理方法，并且能够针对性地做出各种变更在不同条件下的应对策略，从而促使汽车公司在激烈的竞争环境下能够得到创新发展，进而为汽车公司各种项目顺利开发与生产提供有效保障。

2 汽车零部件开发的变更原因

2.1 产品质量不过关

目前，大部分汽车公司在生产与开发汽车零部件过程当中，制定汽车零部件项目的目标非常单一，与全新生产的汽车零部件项目目标有很大区别。……
