“以人为本”理念在高中政治核心素养中的运用

【摘  要】随着社会的快速发展，社会开始广泛关注人才的综合发展。因此，在开展高中教育时，教师需要注重培养高中生的综合能力，在给学生讲解高中政治学科时，要遵循“以人为本”教学理念对学生进行教学。充分重视培养学生的核心素养，确保高中政治教育工作的有效性和针对性，有利于更好地实现高中政治学科教学目标。

The Application of the Concept of "people-oriented" in High School Political Core Literacy

【Abstract】With the rapid development of society， society has begun to pay attention to the comprehensive development of talents. Therefore， when developing high school education， teachers need to focus on cultivating the comprehensive abilities of high school students. When explaining high school politics to students， they must follow the "people-oriented" teaching philosophy to teach students. Paying full attention to cultivating the core literacy of students， ensuring the effectiveness and pertinence of high school political education work， is conducive to better achieving the teaching goals of high school politics.

当前，教师在开展高中政治学科时，需要注重创新传统政治教学模式和思想。通过坚持“以人为本”理念，注重培养高中生核心素养，有利于统一和协调社会进步和个人发展，充分展现出高中政治学科具备针对性的教学目标。创新传统单纯性政治教学理念性引导，更好地培养高中生政治学科学习能力，并不断提升高中生政治学科综合素养。

一、分析“以人为本”教学内涵

传统高中政治学科教学过程中，主要的教学目的在于给学生传授基础知识，提高学生的知识技能。新课改背景下，教师逐渐运用“以人为本”教学理念，在高中政治学科中发挥出引领作用，起到了优化高中政治教育模式的作用。教师遵循“以人为本”教学模式，有利于更好地培养高中生的核心素养。在开展高中政治学科教学过程中，教师应注重指导学生如何正确学习和掌握所学习的政治知识，并在教学过程中帮助高中生塑造良好的人格，科学引导高中生如何做人、做事，使高中生能够快速融入现代社会环境中。……
