浅谈分层教学模式下高中数学教学设计的思路和方法

【摘    要】数学是一门较为重要的学科，在高考中占比较大。高中数学教师在教学过程中应当结合学生的具体情况，通过采用分层教学的方法，使学生在学习过程中能针对自己的学习基础来学习，从而积极地投入数学学习中，提高数学课堂学习效率。

under the Hierarchical Teaching Mode

【Abstract】Mathematics is a relatively important subject， which accounts for a relatively large proportion of the college entrance examination. In the teaching process of high school mathematics teachers should combine the specific situation of the students and adopt a layered teaching method to enable students to learn according to their own learning foundation during the learning process， so as to actively engage in mathematics learning and improve the efficiency of mathematics classroom learning .

每个学生的学习基础和理解能力都不同，因此，教师在教学过程中要针对学生的差异性进行个性化的教学。要对学生的具体情况进行了解，通过利用分层教学法，使学生在学习过程中可以分层次地进行学习;激发学生学习数学的兴趣，使其学习过程中发挥自身的主观能动性，能够更积极主动地投入学习中，使高中数学课堂教学的效率得以提升。

一、高中数学教学过程中应用分层教学模式的必要性

分层教学模式与传统的教学模式相比更具有优越性，分层教学模式可以使数学教学效率更高。传统教学通过填鸭式的教学方法将知识传授给学生，因此学生在学习过程中只是被动地接受数学知识，导致在数学学习时无法激起主动探索的热情，整个数学课程非常枯燥。如今随着时代的发展，教育体制发生了改变，学生的思想也与之前有了很大的转变，因此传统填鸭式的教学方法已经无法适用现在的教学。如今学生的思维更加活跃，其个性也更强，如果采用传统的教学方法，会使学生从心理上对数学学习产生抗拒。……
