企业行政管理现状和创新策略初探

【摘  要】企业行政管理工作的好坏直接影响着整个企业的经营与运转，一旦企业的行政管理工作出现问题，那么企业各个生产与经营环节的运转都会出现严重的问题，这会严重阻碍我国企业的健康发展。因此，我国相关政府部门应加强对企业行政管理的教育培训，使企业能够根据行政管理的不良现状，采取相应的解决与创新管理措施，有效地保障企业的经营与发展，进而促使我国经济与社会的稳定发展。

【Abstract】The quality of enterprise administrative management directly affects the business and operation of the whole enterprise. Once there is a problem with the administrative management of an enterprise， serious problems will arise in the operation of each production and business link of the enterprise， which will seriously hinder the healthy development of China's enterprise. Therefore， the relevant government departments in China should strengthen the education and training of enterprise administrative management， so that enterprise can take corresponding solutions and innovation management measures according to the bad current situation of administrative management， effectively guarantee the business and development of the enterprise， and then promote the stable development of China's economy and society.

1 引言

我国的劳动力无法被有效地运用到企业之中，从而直接影响到我国的社会经济市场健康与发展。所以，保障企业的发展对于社会的发展与国家的发展至关重要。而企业行政管理工作又是保障企业健康运转的重要管理方式，企业应形成正确的行政管理意识，根据企业的实际经营与发展情况，创新出相应的切实有效的行政管理措施，使企业中的工作人员能够与企业共同发展。

2 企业行政管理的现状

2.1 行政管理人员管理理念落后

现今大多数的企业中的领导者，一直过于注重企业的经济效益与经济发展情况，而忽视了对企业行政部门的管理，错误地认为行政管理工作是一种打杂性质的工作。这不仅导致形成管理人员同样没有正确的管理理念，一直在形式化地开展企业行政管理工作，还使得行政管理部门的工作无法根据企业的发展实际，制定出相应的行政管理制度与措施，调动企业中工作人员的积极性，无法保障企业的健康经营与发展。……
