基于自主学习视角谈小学语文“小先生”模式实践

【摘  要】现代教育环境中，学生的自主学习能力的强化至关重要。从小学语文教学中学生自主学习的现状出发，发现目前学生缺乏自主学习意识、自主课堂舞台并未搭建，且在自主性学习空间的探索上，教师对时机的把控效果不理想。为此，尝试搭建“小先生”模式，让学生个体肩负起“小先生”的角色，从而实现自主学习，成为课堂的主人，优化小学语文课堂环境。

【Abstract】In the modern education environment， the enhancement of students' autonomous learning ability is very important. Starting from the status quo of students' autonomous learning in elementary school Chinese teaching， it is found that students currently lack the awareness of autonomous learning， the autonomous classroom stage has not been set up， and in the exploration of autonomous learning space， the teacher's control of timing is not ideal. To this end， try to build a "little teacher" model， so that individual students can take on the role of "little teacher"， so as to realize independent learning， become the master of the classroom， and optimize the Chinese classroom environment in elementary schools.

在第二轮的课程改革中，自主学习成为教育改革的热点，如何在教学实践中激活学生的自主性，成为教育创新与发展的关键衡量指标。自主学习强调激活学生的自主性，小学语文课堂教学包含语言教学的内容，教师应尝试融入“小先生”教学模式，以全新的教学模式来掀起语文学习的新风潮。

一、小学语文教学自主学习现状分析

在小学语文的课堂之上，大部分学生对内容的感知十分有限，对具体内容把握不够清晰和具体。从自主学习的视角出发，发现目前小学语文教学实践中学生的自主学习现状并不理想，本文结合学术领域的研究内容和调查结果，对学生自主学习情况进行总结与分析。

（一）自主学习意识欠缺

对于小学生而言，由于正确的学习习惯并未养成，导致他们在语文学习的过程中很难进行自主学习，通常需要教师的引导来参与课堂教学实践，自主学习的实现主要是以课后的作业布置与安排为主。……
