现代信息技术背景下技能型人才素质模型探析

摘  要：信息技术的高速发展，社会市场对技能型人才的要求也越来越高。因此，构建现代信息技术背景下的技能型人才素质模型，以便为高职院校技能型人才的培养指明方向具有非常重要的现实意义。该文借鉴麦克利兰的冰山模型理论，构建了现代信息技术背景下技能人才的素质模型，分析了技能型人才应具备的核心素质特征，以期为高职院校技能型人才质量的评价及培养模式的完善提供一定的思考和借鉴。

on the Quality Model of Skilled Talents under the Background of Modern Information Technology

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology， the social market has higher and higher requirements for skilled talents. Therefore， it is of great practical significance to construct the quality model of skilled talents under the background of modern information technology in order to point out the direction for the cultivation of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on McClellan's Iceberg Model Theory， this paper constructs the quality model of skilled talents under the background of modern information technology， and analyzes the core quality characteristics of skilled talents， in order to provide some thinking and reference for the evaluation of the quality of skilled talents and the improvement of training mode in higher vocational colleges.

随着信息技术的高速发展，社会对人才的要求也越来越高。而社会对人才的需求呈金字塔结构，高层次研究型人才需求较少，技能型人才需求量较大，高职教育作为社会人才的重要培养基地，培养的一般是面向生产、服务等一线工作的技能型人才。近年来，政府部门逐渐意识到技能型人才对国家经济发展的重要影响，越来越重视职业教育的发展。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》中提到：到2020年，形成适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整要求、体现终身教育理念、中等和高等职业教育协调发展的现代职业教育体系，满足人民群众接受职业教育的需求，满足经济社会对高素质劳动者和技能型人才的需要。

各级政府为技能型人才培养提供了强大的政策保障，各级各类职业院校为技能型人才培养提供了有利的实施环境。……
