中小学道德与法治教育中安全教育的实施对策分析

【摘  要】近年来，我国中小学频频发生安全事故，严重威胁着学生的人身安全。学生缺乏自我保护意识以及能力，缺乏正确的生命观，而道德与法治教育与安全教育密切相关，相较于其他学科，在实施安全教育方面具有天然优势。基于此，本文简要阐述了中小学道德与法治教育中实施安全教育的必要性，分析了现阶段中小学安全教育方面的存在问题，并具体研究了中小学道德与法治教育中安全教育的实施对策。

Analysis on the Countermeasures of Implementing Safety Education in Moral and Legal Education in Primary and Middle Schools

【Abstract】In recent years， safety accidents have occurred frequently in primary and middle Schools in our country， which seriously threaten the personal safety of students. Students lack self-protection awareness and ability， and lack a correct outlook on life. Moral and legal education are closely related to safety education. Compared with other disciplines， they have a natural advantage in implementing safety education. Based on this， this article briefly explains the necessity of implementing safety education in ethics and rule of law education in primary and middle Schools， analyzes the existing problems in safety education in primary and middle Schools at this stage， and specifically studies the implementation countermeasures of safety education in ethics and law education in primary and middle Schools .

中小学安全教育主要依靠班会课以及教师平时的耳提面命，与学校教育存在一定的脱节，没有与相关的学科进行结合，导致安全教育效果不佳，学生普遍安全意识薄弱。再加上中小学生年龄小，自我保护能力差，难以充分保障自身安全。而在中小学道德与法治课程中，蕴含着大量安全教育的素材，可以为实施安全教育提供良好的基础，将安全教育融入道德与法治教育中，具有较高的可行性。

一、中小学道德与法治教育中实施安全教育的必要性

（一）促进中小学生身心健康发展的现实需要

根据相关调查显示，现阶段我国中小学生普遍存在心理健康问题，究其原因主要是学习压力较大，学生承载着父母长辈的期望以及学校的考核，还有外界环境施加给学生的压力，这对学生造成了极大的冲击。这种冲击主要从学生生长环境空间、时间、生理、心理、感官等多方面裹挟而来，对学生的身心健康造成严重的威胁。……
