关于提升高中体育生身体素质的方法及策略研究

【摘    要】基于对提升高中体育生身体素质方法及策略的研究，文章主要分成三个部分。首先，阐述体育特长生与普通高中体育生的基本概述。其次，分析提升高中体育生身体素质中应该注意的问题。最后，为促使高中体育生的身体素质提升，给出加强阶段训练、遵循因材施教原则等措施。

【Abstract】Based on the research on methods and strategies to improve the physical fitness of high school physical education students， the article is mainly divided into three parts. First， the basic overview of sports specialty students and ordinary senior high school sports students is explained. Secondly， it analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in improving the physical fitness of senior high school physical education students. Finally， in order to promote the physical fitness of high school physical education students， measures such as strengthening phase training and following the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude are given.

“体育强国”理念的不断推进与落实，使体育教学工作受到更多人的关注，而高质量的体育人才资源，是体育强国更好落实的关键所在。在这种大背景下，高中作为培养体育人才的重要基地，应该对体育人才培养工作给予更多的重视，这同样是我国体育事业发展的重要基础。针对高中体育生，必须将提升其身体素质作为重点与关键，只有具有良好的身体素质，才能提高自身的体育素养，掌握更多体育专业能力。因此，如何提升高中体育生的身体素质，是目前高中体育教学中面临的一个重要问题。

一、体育生的基本概述

（一）体育特长生

体育特长生是体育后备人才中的重要组成部分，但目前我国对于体育特长生的具体内容没有作出明确定义。因此，不同学者对于体育特长生的定义与理解有着不同的看法。比如，有的学者认为，体育特长生主要是指在体育方面能够掌握较为出众的体育技能，并且身体素质较为优秀的学生。还有的学者认为，体育特长生主要是指对体育运动非常感兴趣，而且身体素质较高，拥有专项体育技能的学生。……
