新形势下企业经营管理的改革和创新研究

【摘  要】改革开放以来，我国很多企业实现了快速发展。想要更好地在新时代当中立足且持续发展，企业必须跟随时代发展的步伐加速自身的改革创新，通过改革创新来完善和优化企业的日常经营和管理，顺应当前时代的发展趋势，尽可能规避企业经营管理过程中潜在的风险。论文对新形势下的企业经营管理进行了全面阐述，对其今后的改革与创新工作提出了可行路径。

【Abstract】Since the reform and opening up， many enterprises in China have achieved rapid development. In order to better gain a foothold and sustain development in the new era， enterprises must follow the footsteps of the development of the times to accelerate their own reform and innovation， improve and optimize the daily operation and management of enterprises through reform and innovation， comply with the current development trend of the times， and avoid potential risks in the process of operation and management in enterprises as far as possible. This paper comprehensively expounds the enterprise operation and management under the new situation， and puts forward a feasible paths for its future reform and innovation work.

1 引言

在当前我国经济飞速发展的背景下，各个企业为了在新时代展现出自己的实力与优势，企业通常会根据新形势对自身的管理制度、管理目标等方面进行各种改革和创新，以增强企业的市场竞争力，这也在一定程度上对所有企业提出了更高的要求。传统的企业管理方式已经无法满足自身发展要求，企业当前需要做的就是不断探索新的管理模式，让企业能够通过转型与升级成为新时代的引领者。在新时代背景下，企业要想探索新的发展与管理思路，就要注重不断革新管理模式，从而找到适合企业的管理方式与发展目标。此外，管理者要注重激发企业内部所有员工的创新意识，让企业内部所有员工都能够为企业的创新发展贡献一份力量，让企业在未来的发展当中获得强有力的支撑。同时，企业要注重提高管理制度落实的有效性，并努力地探索新时代、新环境下的企业发展之路，从而促使企业实现可持续发展。……
