关于药品安全科普宣传工作的组织与实施策略研究

摘  要：科普教育是面向社会开展的科学知识、科学精神和科技成果的普及性教育，任何科技的发现、发明，只有通过科学的传播才能更好地发挥造福人类的作用，才能促进社会生产力的发展。药品安全，重于泰山。该文试图从当前药品安全科普宣传工作的现状出发，阐述药品安全科普宣传工作的重要作用，通过阅读相关法规、参考文献，结合个人和行业的发展经验，提出了建立高水平的科普宣传队伍、组建药品科普宣传工作联盟、建立药品科普宣传工作管理体系、合理运用新媒体宣传优势的药品安全科普宣传工作实施措施。

Research on the Organization and Implementation Strategy of Drug Safety Popularization

Abstract： Popular science education is the universal education of scientific knowledge， scientific spirit and scientific and technological achievements carried out for the society. Only through the discovery and invention of any science and technology can we better play the role of benefiting human beings and promote the development of social productive forces. Drug safety is more important than Mount Tai. This paper attempts to expound the important role of drug safety science popularization from the current situation of drug safety science popularization. By reading relevant regulations and references， combined with the development experience of individuals and industries， it puts forward the implementation measures of drug safety science popularization， such as establishing a high-level science popularization team， establishing a drug science popularization alliance， establishing a drug science popularization management system， and making rational use of the advantages of new media publicity.

黨的十八大以来，党中央国务院多次对药品、化妆品、医疗器械安全做出重要指示，提出“最严谨的标准，最严格的监管，最严厉的处罚，最严肃的问责”[1]。药品科普宣传是一项社会公益工作，具体工作是面对广大公众开展药品专业知识与日常用药安全知识科学普及宣传，是当前我国进行科学技术普及工作的重要内容之一。做好药品安全科普宣传工作，其目的就是补齐公众掌握药品安全知识不充分、不平衡这块短板，进一步满足人民群众在安全用药方面的获得感和幸福感，这与“维护好最广大人民的根本利益”相一致。

1  药品安全科普宣传工作的作用

1.1 在营造良好监管环境中的作用
