关于新课标背景下初中数学课堂教学的思考

【摘    要】随着新课改的不断深入，教师逐渐把教学重点放在了提高学生的综合素质方面，所以在当前教育理念下，教师越来越关注学生的学习过程，并开始注重其学习能力和学科素养的培养。基于此，在初中数学课堂教学中，教师应该采取有效措施，不断提高自身的教学水平和教学质量，同时还要以学生为主体，使其发挥自身的主观能动性，从而积极自主地学习和探索知识。本文从提高初中数学课堂教学有效性的原则入手，并提出了几点改进措施。

Thoughts on Junior High School Mathematics Teaching under the New Curriculum Standard

【Abstract】With the deepening of the new curriculum reform， teachers gradually focus on improving the comprehensive quality of students. Therefore， under the current educational concept， teachers pay more and more attention to the learning process of students and begin to pay attention to the cultivation of their learning ability and discipline literacy. Therefore， in the high school mathematics classroom teaching， teachers should take effective measures to improve their teaching level and teaching quality， and at the same time， they should take students as the main body to make them play their own subjective initiative， so as to actively learn and explore knowledge independently. This paper starts with the principle of improving the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching in junior high school， and puts forward some improvement measures.

一、提高初中数学课堂教学有效性应该坚持的原则

（一）坚持以学生为主体

当前素质教育理念下，教师要打破传统教学模式的束缚，改变之前教师主讲，而学生被动听课的状态。现阶段教师要以学生为主体，发挥自身的引导作用，开展多样化的教学活动，引领学生自主学习和探索知识。为此，教师要明确自身在教学中的角色，调动学生的主观能动性，帮助学生提高其自身的专业知识和学科能力。同时，教师还要给学生预留充足的时间，让其有机会可以自主学习和探究，在此过程中教师要时刻关注学生的解题过程，在他们遇到困难时伸出援助之手，及时给予帮助，并使其认识到自己的错误之处，提升学习能力。

（二）教学方式要合理

初中阶段的学生正处于身心发展的关键时期，如果教学方式选取不当，有可能会使学生产生逆反心理，从而对其长远发展造成不良影响。……
