浅谈幼儿园开展家园共育的有效策略

摘  要：幼儿时期教育的特殊性不仅仅在于它是个体终身教育的起点，更在于它的教育效果与家长和家庭有着密切的联系。只有学校和家庭二者教育达成一致形成教育合力，才能让幼儿在学龄前养成良好的生活与学习习惯、发展健全人格以及优良的品质。通过一线教学经验，笔者现总结出五点有效开展家园共育的策略如下：一是，转变旧观念，接受新思想;二是，构建民主的家园互动平台;三是，注重细节，赢取家长信任;四是，善用多媒体资源，丰富家园沟通渠道;五是，加强教师队伍的素养建设，提高共育效果。

【Abstract】The particularity of early childhood education is not only that it is the starting point of individual lifelong education，but also that its educational effect is closely related to parents and families.Only when school and family education reach a consensus and form a joint force of education，can children develop good living and learning habits，develop sound personality and good quality in preschool.Through the first-line teaching experience，the author has summed up five effective strategies to carry out home co-education as follows： First，change the old ideas and accept new ideas;Second，to build a democratic home interactive platform;Third，pay attention to details to win the trust of parents;Fourth，make good use of multimedia resources to enrich home communication channels;Fifth，strengthen the quality construction of teachers and improve the effect of co-education.

陈鹤琴先生说：“家庭是塑造孩子健康人格的第一环境，如果说幼儿园教育是阳光，那么家庭教育則是那丰沃的土壤” 。即幼儿的成长要做到家园共育，家园合一。学龄前的教育主要包括两大方面：幼儿园教育和家庭教育。2001颁布的幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》指出，家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴。幼儿园应本着尊重、平等及合作的原则，争取家长的理解与支持，积极帮助幼儿家长提高教育能力。因此，幼儿的健康成长仅仅依靠学校的教育取得的教育效果往往事倍功半，换言之，必须要在家庭的参与下与幼儿园的教育达到高度一致，教育效果才能事半功倍。
