论声像档案在城市建设中的作用

摘要：声像档案能够直接映射出城市建设（以下简称“城建”）工作的具体情况，社会发展持续进步，也让城市建设面临一定挑战，而声像档案可以全面反映城市在建设变化的过程。健全的城建声像档案不但能够对城市发展历史加以记载，还可以让城市未来规划得到重要参考依据。由此，确保声像档案具有完整性，对于城市长期建设发展具有重大现实作用。本文主要对声像档案对于城建工作的实际作用加以开展研究，以供参考。

On the Role of Audio-visual Archives in Urban Construction

Abstract：Audio-visual archives can directly reflect the specific situation of urban construction （hereinafter referred to as “urban construction”）， the continuous progress of social development also makes urban construction face certain challenges， and audio-visual archives can fully reflect the process of urban construction changes. Sound urban construction audio-visual archives can not only record the history of urban development， but also provide an important reference basis for urban future planning. Therefore， ensuring the integrity of audio-visual archives plays an important practical role in the long-term construction and development of the city. This paper mainly studies the practical role of audio-visual archives in urban construction for reference.

城建聲像档案主要是借助于拍摄、录音等手段对城市发展进行记录，主要介质包括相片、录影带、光盘等。声像档案能够对城建发展各个阶段实际情况加以真实记载，包含城市历史、文化以及风格等，是城建发展的客观载体。在我国大力发展城建工作背景下，声像档案能够全面、直观地记载城市变化过程，在弘扬城市精神过程中发挥至关重要的作用[1]。

1 声像档案概述

声像档案这一概念最早起源于19世纪的法国，随着摄像机以及照相机的诞生，让声像档案事业的发展得到技术支撑。照相机在晚清时期传入到我国，记录当时我国人民所受的屈辱，并且也清晰地记载我国社会的建筑风格。城建过程中声像档案通常是说在城市发展规划之中对有关事迹以图片、影音等形式记载并存档，是城建档案中最具代表性的一环。……
