高职与本科软件工程专业“3+2”对口贯通分段培养探析

摘 要 职业院校与本科高校对口贯通分段培养是职业教育发展的一个重要突破，也是职业教育与高等教育相结合的典范。要提高职业院校与本科高校对口贯通分段培养质量，首先要制定科学合理的人才培养方案，设计合理的课程体系结构。本文以高职“软件技术”专业与本科“软件工程”专业“3+2”对口贯通分段培养为例，按照“总体贯通，分段实施”的思路对人才培养方案和课程体系结构进行分析与探讨。

Abstract It is an important breakthrough in the development of vocational education to cultivate the students in Vocational Colleges and universities， and it is also an example of the combination of the vocational education and the higher education. In order to improve the quality of Vocational Colleges and universities and colleges to cultivate talents， we must first establish a scientific and rational personnel training program， and design a reasonable curriculum system structure. This paper takes vocational software technology specialty and undergraduate software engineering professional counterparts through "3+2" sub culture as an example， in accordance with the "overall through the implementation of subsection" ideas to analyze and discuss the structure scheme and curriculum system for talent cultivation.

0 引言

高职与普通本科“3+2”对口贯通分段培养机制，是通过高职院校招收的相关学生在完成了高职阶段3年的学习任务并考核合格后，通过对接的本科院校相应的入学考核机制，再接受2年的普通本科教育，达到毕业要求后获得普通本科院校的学历证书和学位证书的一种人才培养体制。

山东省为了加快推进现代职业教育体系的建设，自2013年开始选择专业形同或相近的省内部分高职院校和本科院校对接，开展3年职业教育与2 年本科教育即“3+2”对口贯通分段培养的教学改革试点，由对口的本科高校与高职院校共同制订人才培养方案及课程体系结构。2013年首批批准了11所高职院校的12个专业与10所本科高校对口贯通分段培养进行试点，在总结成功经验的基础上，2014年扩大了试点范围，试点专业推广到了20所高职院校和15所普通本科高校的33个。……
