高职院校教师科研现状分析与对策研究

摘 要：随着高职院校的竞争日益激烈，学校科研实力已经是衡量办学水平、社会竞争力、社会服务能力的重要指标。高职院校为了增强自身的科研实力，制定了有关的考核制度，硬性指标给高职院校教师带来了很大的压力。本文在探究高职院校教师科研现状的基础上提出了化解高职院校教师科研压力的对策。

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Teachers Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： With the increasingly fierce competition among higher vocational colleges， the  scientific research strength has become an important index to measure the running level， social competitiveness and social service ability of a college. In order to enhance their scientific research strength， higher vocational colleges have established relevant assessment system， and the hard and fast index has brought great pressure to teachers in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of exploring the current situation of scientific research of teachers in higher vocational colleges， this paper put forward some countermeasures to solve the pressure of techersscientific research in higher vocational colleges.

高校的功能主要有3個，分别是人才培养、科学研究、服务社会。人才培养是高校的核心工作;科学研究是高校的重要职能，是人才培养的重要载体;服务社会是人才培养和科学研究功能的延伸。高校的这三大功能相互联系、不可分割。高校的科研实力一定程度上反映了其服务区域社会经济发展的能力，也在一定程度上反映了办学水平、社会竞争力、社会服务能力。

国家实施科教兴国这么多年来，本科院校已经对科研工作十分重视，科研实力也有了很大的提升，但高职院校对科研工作的重视程度还是不够。教师的科研与教学之间的矛盾也突显出来，高职院校教师的科研压力急剧增大。高职院校教师如何协调好自身的教学和科研两者的关系、实现两者的学研相长，已成为目前我国高职院校亟待解决的问题。

1 高职院校教师的教学科研现状
