强脉冲光在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果观察及预后满意度分析

[摘要]目的：探讨强脉冲光在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果及对患者预后满意度的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2016年12月-2017年8月收治的要求面部皮肤美容的患者200例，根据每位患者皮肤的不同表现分为色素沉着组，毛细血管扩张组，皮肤粗糙松弛组，采取强脉冲光治疗，比较三组患者的临床治疗效果、术后不良反应发生率以及预后皮肤美容效果的满意度。结果：三组患者经治疗后临床表现均有明显好转，其中色素沉着组临床症状改善效果更为显著（P<0.05）；且色素沉着组预后满意度明显优于毛细血管扩张组、皮肤粗糙松弛组，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）；对比三组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率，色素沉着组明显低于毛细血管扩张组、皮肤粗糙松弛组（P<0.05）。结论：强脉冲光在面部美容治疗方面效果显著，不良反应发生率极低，值得临床推荐使用。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of intense pulsed light on facial skin beauty and its effect on patient satisfaction. Methods A total of 200 patients with cosmetic facial skin care were selected from December 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital. According to the different manifestations of each patient's skin， they were divided into pigmentation group，telangiectasia group and rough skin relaxation group. Intense pulsed light therapy， the clinical treatment effect of three groups of patients， the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and the satisfaction of skin cosmetic effect of prognosis were compared. Results The clinical manifestations of three groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment， of which the improvement of clinical symptoms in pigmentation group was more significant （P<0.05）. And the prognosis of pigmentation group was significantly better than those in capillary expansion group and rough skin relaxation group ， The difference was significant （P<0.05）. Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups of patients， the pigmentation group was significantly lower than the capillary expansion group and the rough skin relaxation group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Strong pulsed light is effective in facial cosmetic treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions is extremely low， so it is worth to be recommended clinically.

皮肤的衰老包括自然老化和非自然老化。自然老化是指遗传及其他不可抗拒因素如地心引力、器官生理功能减退所引起的皮肤老化[1-2]。而非自然老化是指皮肤的粗糙松弛是由慢性日晒所造成，多表现为皮肤表面粗糙、松弛，局部色素过度沉着及毛细血管扩张，组织学多以真皮层炎性细胞浸润，弹性纤维及胶原纤维改变为其主要特征。强脉冲光治疗的临床应用较为广泛，本研究通过观察强脉冲光治疗前后患者的面部皮肤色素、毛细血管扩张、皮肤粗糙松弛的效果，以及患者治疗后满意度的调查，分析评价强脉冲光在面部皮肤美容中的应用价值。
