现代学徒制在高职艺术类教学中的发展对策与研究

摘要：现代学徒制是高等职业人才培养的重要手段，其培养目的是满足企业对于员工在岗技能以及职业素养的双重需求。高职艺术类教学中的现代学徒教学模式是一门以培养学生职业能力为导向，对实际工作业务中的各种基础操作步骤加以模拟分析，提升学生实践能力并加强工作业务的熟练度，从而达到企业实践教学目的的实践教育管理模式。本文主要介绍了现代学徒制在高职艺术类教学模式中的应用，例如校企合作项目、双导师制度以及项目专班企业化管理等。

Abstract：Modern apprenticeship is an important means of training higher vocational talents. Its purpose is to meet the dual needs of enterprises for employees'on-the-job skills and professional accomplishment. The modern apprenticeship teaching mode in art teaching in higher vocational colleges is a practical education management mode， which aims at cultivating students'professional ability， simulates and analyses various basic operation steps in practical work， improves students' practical ability and strengthens their proficiency in work， so as to achieve the goal of enterprise practical teaching. This paper mainly introduces the application of modern apprenticeship in art teaching mode of Higher Vocational education， such as school-enterprise cooperation project， double tutor system and enterprise management of project special class.

引言：

高職艺术类教学中的现代学徒制是通过实训来进行教学的，通过在企业进行实习，来将所学的理论知识和施加相结合，达到融会贯通的目的。现代学徒制在高职艺术类的教学中已经有了比较系统的教学方案。能够让学生在专业操作程序中，理解在学校学习到的知识，具有非常强的操作性，也具有非常强的时间性，是高职院校艺术专业的学生必须经历的一门的实践课程。现代的学徒制的教学方法，能够让学生快速了解工作岗位的特性，也能让学生了解工作岗位的实际内容，在加上理论知识的打底，从而快速的提高自身的专业素养和职业素养。高职艺术院校开展的现代学徒制中，应用了双导师和校企合作的模式，能够进行专业化和企业化管理。
