环境设计专业人才的培养体系的思考

摘要：设计行业发展越充分，设计教育越普及，我们对培养目标的说法也越多。环境设计人才的培养目标及标准是什么？单一标准还是多元化7设计专业的核心素质是什么？是概念创意、还是技艺、技术与工艺7这一点不同的人和不同的视角之间也存在着争议。设计教育的高速发展，每个学校都在为自己争取心理的制高点。都把“精英培养”挂在嘴边。至于什么是精英？精英如何培养？精英都是一样的吗？则很少有人讨论。在我们对专业观点、教学方法孜孜以求的时候，是否忽略了评价标准对于教学目标的扭曲。本文试图对上述这些问题提出了自己的看法。

引言

当下的中国设计教育已经不象30年前只是少数人在北上广的某个角落里，跟随着经济发展的大潮懵懵懂懂的“摸着石头过河”。设计在生活里已经跟早市里卖的青菜一样司空见惯，尽管实际上每个普通公众对设计的理解不论是从哪个角度、哪个层次都有不够精确或偏颇。但设计已不是一个小众词汇，对设计的讨论已经成为一个司空见惯的话题。在这样的一种语境下很多一般性的就事论事的讨论已经没有太多的意义。而与设计相关的各类社会问题的讨论反而会使我们逆向朔源，对设计及设计教育中存在的问题有个更清醒的认知。

从目前中国的设计教育成果来说，尽管有这样那样的参差不齐、尽管设计行业的技艺和技术还有待发展和改进，但总体来讲已经发展成了一个相对完整的专业体系。……
