优质护理服务改善断指再植患者围术期睡眠质量的应用效果

摘要目的：探讨优质护理服务在改善断指再植患者围术期睡眠质量中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年3月至2019年3月广东省茂名市人民医院收治的断指再植患者34例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组17例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予优质护理服务，比较2组患者的夜间睡眠中断、睡眠延迟、总睡眠时长评分。结果：护理前，2组患者夜间睡眠中断、睡眠延迟、总睡眠时长评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>005）;护理后，2组患者夜间睡眠中断、睡眠延迟、总睡眠时长评分均有改善，观察组均低于对照组，2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：优质护理服务在改善断指再植患者围术期睡眠质量中运用，能有效的改善患者的睡眠质量，提升患者的护理效果，值得在临床上进行推广。

The Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in Improving the Perioperative Sleep Quality of Patients with Replantation of Severed Fingers

AbstractObjective：To explore the application effect of highquality nursing service in improving perioperative sleep quality of patients with replantation of severed fingerMethods：Combining study，researchers from March 2017 to March 2019 hospitalized patients with replantation is the selection of 34 patients with into groups，and to exclude standard，with the method of random digit grouping，34 patients were divided into 17 patients of control group and observation group，control group patients received researchers given routine nursing care，the team of researchers of high quality nursing service，under the different methods of treatment，compared two groups of patients of interrupted sleep，sleep latency，total sleep time at nightResults：Before nursing，there was no difference in the scores of sleep interruption，sleep delay and total sleep duration between the observation group and the control group（P>005）After nursing，the scores of nighttime sleep interruption，sleep delay and total sleep duration in the observation group were lower than those in the control groupThe comparison of data between the two groups of patients showed that this study had statistical significance（P<005）Conclusion：The application of highquality nursing service in improving perioperative sleep quality of patients with replantation of amputated finger can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and improve the nursing effect of patientsThis study proves that it is worth promoting in clinical practice.

近年来，临床上接收的断指再植患者的人数不断增多，大部分患者在接受手术前后，因为担心手术效果的同时也担心再植肢体的存活质量，从而导致患者出现焦虑、担忧、抑郁等负性情绪，严重影响了患者的睡眠质量，进而影响了患者的手术预后效果，故加强对患者的优质护理服务十分必要[1]。本研究选取我院收治的34例断指再植患者，将患者分为对照组和观察组，分别给予常规护理和优质护理服务，观察其效果，现报道如下。
