综合护理干预对ICU神经外科清醒患者降低并发症及改善睡眠的影响

摘要目的：探讨综合护理干预在ICU神经外科清醒患者的应用，对降低并发症及改善睡眠效果。方法：选取2018年1月至6月福建医科大学附属第一医院神经外科重症监护收治的患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组，每组45例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予常规护理+综合护理联合护理，比较2组患者并发症发生率和睡眠质量。结果：观察组睡眠质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0005）;观察组并发症发生率（222%）低于对照组（2222%），差异有统计学意义（P<0005）。结论：综合护理干预在神经外科重症患者中的开展效果显著，可有效降低并发症的发生率，提高患者睡眠质量，值得推广。

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Reducing Complications and Improving Sleep in Patients with Awake Neurosurgery in ICU

AbstractObjective：To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU patients with neurosurgery awake，to reduce complications and improve the effect of sleepMethods：A total of 90 cases between January 2018 and June in first affiliated hospital of fujian medical university with neurosurgical intensive care as the research object，according to the method of random Numbers were divided into control group and observation group，45 cases in each group，control group given routine nursing care，observation group was given routine nursing+integrated joint care，compared two groups patients complication rates and quality of sleepResults：The sleep quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0005）The complication rate in the observation group（222%）was lower than that in the control group（2222%），and the difference was statistically significant（P<0005）Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention in severe neurosurgery patients in the development of significant effect，can effectively reduce the incidence of complications，improve the quality of sleep patients，worthy of promotion.

重症监护室（Intensive Care Unit，ICU）患者多为病情危重患者，其患者多为器官、系统功能衰竭等，尤其是神经外科患者，随时都会有生命危险。神经外科疾病主要包括脑、脊髓、脑血管等疾病，术后不确定因素较多，发生并发症的风险极大，必须进行严密的监护才能降低风险[1]。另外，ICU神经外科清醒常伴有严重的恐惧和焦虑心理，影响睡眠质量，对其病情康复极为不利，有效的护理干预是非常有必要的[2]。研究选取我院神经外科重症监护收治的患者90例作为研究对象，现将结果报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2018年1月至6月福建医科大学附属第一医院神经外科重症监护收治的患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组，每组45例。对照组中男23例，女22例，年龄47～79岁，平均年龄（6300±378）岁;观察组中男24例，女21例，年龄46～79岁，平均年龄（6250±356）岁;一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。
