新疆某医学院校预防医学专业毕业生职业发展现况调查分析

【摘要】目的：本研究拟对新疆医科大学2016—2018年间毕业的预防医学专业五年制学生开展跟踪调查，对预防医学专业人才培养情况进行摸底，了解毕业生的工作现状，为教学改革提供客观依据，为预防医学专业人才质量的提高、职业发展规划提出建议。方法：以某高校2016—2018年间毕业的预防医学专业五年制学生为研究对象，采用问卷调查的方式，对毕业生职业发展类型、薪酬水平、工作岗位与职业期待吻合度、工作崗位的胜任力自我评估、就业满意度等情况进行调查。结果：通过调查2016—2018年的毕业生，参与调查学生中，选择参加工作的有156人，占57.99%;读研深造的有97人，占36.06%;工作岗位为医疗服务类的有108人，岗位薪酬在2000～3999元段有64人，占41.03%，占比最大;毕业生岗位薪酬在8000元以上人数最少，共为7人，共占4.48%;工作岗位与职业期待吻合度比较吻合的有70人，占44.87%;75名毕业生对工作整体持满意和很满意态度，占48.08%。结论：加强毕业生人才创新培养机制，提高人才培养质量水平，搭建学生能力锻炼发展平台，提高学生岗位胜任能力，提升学生就业竞争力;完善就业指导服务体系，加强毕业生职业技能教育，提高就业率和满意度。

【Abstract】Objective： This study intends to carry out a follow?up survey on the five?year students majoring in preventive medicine who graduated from Xinjiang Medical University during 2016—2018， to find out the current situation of graduates work， to provide objective basis for teaching reform， and to make suggestions for improving the quality of preventive medicine professionals and career development planning. Methods：Taking the five?year students majoring in preventive medicine who graduated from a university from 2016 to 2018 as the research object， a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the graduates career development type， salary level， coincidence degree between jobs and career expectations， self?assessment of job competence， employment satisfaction and so on. Results：Through the survey of graduates from 2016 to 2018， among the students who participated in the survey， 156 people chose to work， accounting for 57.99%. There are 97 people studying for further study， accounting for 36.06%. There are 108 people in the medical service category， and 64 people in the salary range of 2000～3999 yuan， accounting for 41.03%， accounting for the largest proportion. The number of graduates with a salary of more than 8，000 yuan is the least， with a total of 7 people， accounting for 4.48%. There are 70 people， accounting for 44.87%， who agree with their job expectations. 75 graduates are satisfied with the whole work， accounting for 54.08%. Conclusion：Strengthen the graduate talent innovation training mechanism， improve the quality of talent training， build a platform for students ability training and development， improve their job competence， and enhance their employment competitiveness; improve the employment guidance service system， strengthen graduate vocational skills education， and increase the employment rate and Satisfaction.
