MOOC课程在《职业卫生与职业医学》本科生教学研究中的初探

【摘要】《职业卫生与职业医学》是预防医学本科生必修专业课之一，主要任务是识别、评价、预测和控制不良劳动条件对职业从事者健康的影响，目标是通过该课程培养出创新型、应用型职业卫生人才。随着智能信息化的发展，《职业卫生与职业医学》传统的课堂教学模式已经不能满足学生学习方式的多样化及知识需求增多等的需要。本文将MOOC教学模式应用在《职业卫生与职业医学》本科生教学中，通过问卷调查、测试等评价MOOC的应用效果，结果提示MOOC教学模式的应用可提高学生的学习效率和教学质量。

【Abstract】Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine is one of the compulsory professional courses for undergraduates of preventive medicine. Its main task is to identify， evaluate， predict and control the impact of bad working conditions on the health of occupational workers. The goal is to cultivate innovative and applied occupational health talents through this course. With the development of intelligent information technology， the traditional teaching mode of Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine cant meet the needs of students of learning methods and increasing knowledge needs. In this paper， MOOC teaching mode is applied in the teaching of Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine for undergraduates. The application effect of MOOC is evaluated by questionnaire and test. The results show that the application of MOOC teaching mode can improve learning efficiency of students and teaching quality.

一、研究背景

《职业卫生与职业医学》是我国预防医学本科生的专业必修课之一，该门课是研究劳动条件与职业从事者健康之间关系的学科，是预防医学和临床医学的重要组成部分。预防医学的学生需要学习识别、评价、预测、控制不良劳动条件对职业从事者健康的影响，从而提出控制、甚至是消除职业有害因素的方法和措施，进而为职业从事者创造安全、卫生和高效的职业环境，保护职业从事者的身心健康。

目前，课堂教学在《职业卫生与职业医学》的教学中应用仍是较多，学生被规定在特定的时间、地点内集中听课，被动接受所有知识课堂互动很少，听课效率较低[1， 2]。……
