大学数学小组合作学习教学改革探讨

摘 要：合作学习以小组活动为基本形式，是通过小组成员之间相互合作来促进学习的一种教学理论与策略。大学数学利用小组合作学习的教学形式，可充分激发学生自身学习的主动性、积极性和创造性，培养学生互相合作交流的能力。文章从教学原则、教学内容和教学方式等方面提出了一系列大学数学小组合作学习的教学策略，以期为大学数学教学改革提供借鉴，从而全面提升教学效果和学生综合素质。

Abstract：Cooperative learning takes group activities as the basic form，which is a teaching theory and strategy to promote learning through mutual cooperation among group members.The use of cooperative learning as a teaching form in college mathematics can fully stimulate students' initiative，enthusiasm and creativity in their own study，and cultivate students' ability of mutual cooperation and communication.This paper puts forward a series of teaching strategies of cooperative learning in college mathematics group from the aspects of teaching principles，teaching contents and teaching methods，in order to provide reference for the reform of college mathematics teaching，so as to comprehensively improve the teaching effect and students' comprehensive quality.

1 緒论

大学数学是高等院校数学及相关专业开设的基础课程，包括高等数学、线性代数、概率论与数理统计。随着数学与其他学科之间交叉、渗透的不断加深，大学数学在各学科中的地位日益加重。信息化时代的快速发展推动了教育的现代化，由于大学课堂时间和空间的局限性，且大学数学课程的知识量远超过中学数学课程的知识量，师生普遍感到教学时间紧，教学任务重，学生的学习动力不足、兴趣不高。这样的背景下，教师要结合各种新的教学方法重新组织教学内容，对传统的教学模式做进一步的改进。

2 合作学习的含义

合作学习是一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略，已在我国成为课堂教学和学生学习的重要方式。合作学习是以教学目标为导向，以异质学习小组为基本组织形式，教学各动态因素的互动合作为动力资源，以团体成绩为奖励依据的一种教学活动和策略体系[4]。……
