教师领导力在学校发展中的潜力

摘 要 随着学校的不断扩大和发展，学校教育面临着更多的挑战，教师领导也逐渐成为学校创新和变革的重要论题。学校教育要获得真正的成功不能完全依靠校长，需要学校中所有老师的参与和领导。近年来，教师领导在教师发展研究中越来越受到关注。国外在教师领导力方面的研究资料较多，但是国内的相关研究起步较晚，实证研究较少。本文旨在通过分析和总结教师领导力的概念、角色转变、功能、意义等来指出教师领导力在学校发展中的重要作用。

The Potential of Teacher Leadership in School Development

Abstract With the continuous expansion and development of schools， school education is facing more challenges， and teacher leadership has gradually become an important topic of school innovation and change. The real success of school education can't depend on the headmaster completely; it needs the participation and leadership of all teachers in the school. In recent years， more and more attention has been paid to teacher leadership in the research of teacher development. There are many foreign research materials on teacher leadership， but the domestic research started late， and the empirical research is less. This paper aims to point out the important role of teacher leadership in school development by analyzing and summarizing the concept， role transformation， function and significance of teacher leadership.

1 教师领导力的概念

对于“领导”一词的定义，霍伊等学者认为领导应广义地定义为一个社会过程，在这个过程中，群体或组织成员影响着对内部和外部事件的解释，影响着预期目标或结果的选择，影响着各种工作活动的组织，影响着个人动机与能力，影响着权力关系，也影响着共同的取向。[1]

目前，对教师领导力还没有明确统一的定义，不同学者对教师领导力的理解也不同。王绯烨，洪成文等学者总结了教师领导的定义，认为教师领导有三种主要的代表性定义。[2]一是具有教师领导力的教师可以鼓励其他同事，并分享自己的知识和技能，帮助解决课堂问题且愿意学习新知识;二是具有教师领导力的教师在教室里或教室外都能担任领导者的角色，致力于学校发展和学生的学习并可以促进教师学习共同体的发展，帮助同事提升他们的专业水平;三是拥有教师领导力的教师是推动教师的学习和学习共同体的形成，影响同事的教学改进并担任课堂内和课堂外领导效果的问责的人。……
