互联网背景下教育管理研究困境及对策

摘 要 教育教学工作承担着我国人才培养的重要任务，其教育、管理工作也需要与时俱进，积极借鉴互联网完成教育和管理上的创新突破。然而互联网背景下教育教学领域的应对却显得相对迟缓，教育管理实践中虽然也在不断借助互联网思维进行改革，但却遇到重重困境，这就需要我们对此展开深入研究，以找到互联网背景下教育管理改革发展的有效对策。

Abstract Education and teaching work undertakes the important task of personnel training in China， and its education and management work also need to keep pace with the times， and actively learn from the Internet to complete the innovation and breakthrough in education and management. However， the response in the field of education and teaching under the background of the Internet is relatively slow. In the practice of education management， although we are constantly reforming with the help of Internet thinking， we have encountered many difficulties， which requires us to carry out in-depth research to find effective countermeasures for the reform and development of education management under the background of the Internet.

1 互联网背景下教育管理改革发展的必要性

一方面，互联网背景下教育管理研究与改革有助于教育教学工作与时代保持同步，实现新时期的新发展。互联网的出现极大改变了社会生产生活的面貌，社会信息传递、交互更为便捷，文化交融更为频繁，而社会发展速度也在互联网的推动下逐渐加快。在此情况下，知识更新速度更快，对人才的需求也发生许多新变化。基于此，我国面向互联网进行教育管理研究与改革则能够使学校教育教学各项工作都与时代发展保持紧密联系，与时俱进，从而形成于新型人才培养相适应的全新管理机制。

另一方面，互聯网背景下教育管理研究与改革有助于新时期素质教育目标的实现。从教学层面看，教育管理是教学水平提升的基础。教育管理涉及教学研究、教学考核、资源管理等诸多内容。这些管理事项都与学校日常教育工作息息相关。所以依靠互联网对这些管理事项加以改革优化，可以为教学提供更有力保障，推动教学工作迎合当前人才培养要求进行发展，如此就有助于我国素质教育目标的顺利实现。……
