新时代高校思想政治理论课青年教师魅力及涵育

摘 要 高校思想政治理论课是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程，高校思想政治理论课教师是立德树人、铸魂育人的生力军。而“思政课”教师中青年教师群体是高校思想政治理论课教师的主力军之一。他们思维活跃、善于学习，整体素质较高，但也不同程度的存在教学素质与能力欠缺，学识魅力、教学魅力、人格魅力不足等突出问题。新时代青年思政课教师应积极“求真”，提升理论功底魅力;追求“至善”，提升课堂教学魅力;完善“审美”，提升情感人格魅力;不断“践勇”，提升与时俱进魅力。

The young teachers of ideological and political course are one of the main power of ideological and political theory course teachers. They are active in thinking， good at learning， and have a high overall quality， but they are also deficient in teaching quality and ability to varying degrees， and lack of knowledge charm， teaching charm， personality charm and other prominent problems. 2019年3月，習近平总书记在全国学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调，“思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。”他充分肯定了思想政治理论课教师的重要作用，明确指出“办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。”广大高校思想政治理论课（ 以下简称为“思政课”）教师是落实立德树人根本任务的生力军，对于坚持和发展中国特色社会主义事业、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦发挥着十分重要的作用。而高校“思政课”青年教师大多精力充沛、思维活跃、乐于学习、贴近学生，是高校思想政治理论课教师的主力军之一。把握新时代高校思想政治理论课青年教师的魅力现状，探讨其魅力涵育的相关理路实为必要。
