初中班主任管理中的常见问题及改进策略探析

摘  要：近年来，我国教育事业得到了很大的发展，同时也给所有教师带来了更多新的挑战。就初中班主任来说，为了能够在更大程度上提升班级的管理效率，初中班主任必须要转变传统的管理观念，采取更多合理有效的措施，在不断的管理实践中总结经验。调研发现，当前初中班主任管理工作中还存在一定的问题，一定程度上影响了初中教学管理活动的顺利开展。基于此，本文针对初中班主任管理中常见的问题进行分析，并且结合多年的管理经验提出一些改进策略，希望能够为相关的教育工作者提供有力的参考意见。

Analysis of common problems and improvement strategies in the management of junior high school class teachers

【Abstract】In recent years，it has brought great challenges to the development of all teachers in our country. For junior high school class teachers，in order to improve the efficiency of class management to a greater extent，junior high school head teachers must change the traditional management concept，take more reasonable and effective measures，and sum up experience in the continuous management practice. The survey found that there are still some problems in the management of junior high school head teachers，which affect the smooth development of junior high school teaching management activities to a certain extent. Based on this，this paper analyzes the common problems in the management of junior high school head teachers，and puts forward some improvement strategies combined with years of management experience，hoping to provide powerful reference for relevant educators.

在初中教学中，班主任和学生的接触是最多的，对学生形成正确的人生观、价值观和世界观都有很大的推动作用。由此可见，初中班主任承担了非常重大的责任与使命，顺应时代的发展积极采取各种有效的教学措施来提升学生的整体素质，促进学生全面发展。众所周知，初中阶段是学生形成正确三观的关键时期，如果初中班主任对学生的所作所为不加以有效管理的话，就很有可能会引发不同程度的问题。因此，初中班主任必须要认识到有效、科学的管理能够在很大程度上保证班级工作的顺利开展，帮助师生都能够及时发现班级管理工作中存在的问题，促使初中班主任及时采取有效的解决措施，这样才能在更大程度上促进学生全面发展。……
