互联网+背景下高校创新创业实践教育体系构建研究

摘  要：互联网+背景下高校创新创业实践教育体系是以增强学生的创新创业基本素养和自主创新能力为目标。通过文献、调查与数据分析等方法来构建高校创新创业实践教育体系，通过专家指导、深度交流、案例研究等方法来探索如何创设高校创新创业实践教育体系;通过问卷调查、在线测评、辅导谈话、数据分析等方法来构建创新创业教育评价体系，通过构建3个体系来优化创新创业人才培养模式，保障创新创业人才质量，为社会和企业提供创新创业人才。

Abstract： Under the background of Internet plus， the practice and education system of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities is aimed at enhancing students' basic quality of innovation and entrepreneurship and independent innovation ability. Through the methods of literature， survey and data analysis， this paper constructs the innovation and entrepreneurship practice education system in colleges and universities， explores how to create the innovation and entrepreneurship practice education system through expert guidance， in-depth communication， case study and other methods; constructs the innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system through questionnaire survey， online evaluation， counseling conversation， data analysis and other methods.We should optimize the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents， guarantee the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents， and provide innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society and enterprises.

黨的十九大对创新创业人才培养作出了重要部署，国务院对加强创新创业教育提出明确而具体的要求。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》明确提出要创新人才培养模式，重视培养大学生创新能力、实践能力和创业精神。随着我国高等教育进入大众化教育阶段，大学生创业和就业也遭遇前所未有的挑战，如何构建符合中国国情的创新创业实践教育体系将成为各高校亟待解决的问题。

一、互联网+背景下高校创新创业实践教育体系的意义
