提高初中道德与法治教学有效性的对策

摘  要：随着我国经济发展以及素质教育的逐渐普及，我国公民的整体素质有了极大的提高，但是在长期的学校教育当中忽视了道德教育与法治教育的重要意义，在中学教学中没有给予足够的重视，为了提高我国公民的道德素养以及法律意识，中学阶段的道德教育与法治教育尤为重要。对中学生进行道德与法治教育，不但可以使学生懂得自己的责任与义务，养成良好的道德品质以及遵纪守法的习惯，更能使学生懂法用法，保护自己的合法权益不受侵犯。

【Abstract】With China's economic development and the gradual popularization of quality education，the overall quality of our citizens has been greatly improved. However，in the long-term school education，the importance of moral education and rule of law education has been ignored，and not enough attention has been paid in middle school teaching. In order to improve the moral quality and legal awareness of our citizens，the moral education and rule of law education in middle school stage should be strengthened Education is particularly important. Moral and legal education for middle school students can not only make students understand their responsibilities and obligations，develop good moral character and the habit of abiding by the law，but also make students understand the usage of the law and protect their legitimate rights and interests.

初中生正處于思想行为的形成阶段，这个阶段的教育和引导是极其重要的，无论是对于引导学生养成良好的道德品质，还是帮助学生树立法治观念，初中阶段都是一个重要的过渡时期，因此，隨着时代的发展，现阶段教育已经逐渐将道德与法治教学付诸具体的实践。为了提高初中道德与法治教学的有效性，使道德与法治教学落到实处，发挥其必要的作用，并且帮助学生形成正确的人生观、世界观和价值观，就必须将道德与法治作为一门单独的课程，配备专业的教师，给予学生最好的引导。

1.激发学生的学习兴趣

如果我国的发展较为迅速，国家教育也在不断的进行改革，如今那些只会进行题海战术的学生已经不再是当今社会的学习榜样，如今更加需要培养德才兼备的高素质人才，要知道只有敢学习、会学习的学生才是优秀且具有发展潜力的。……
