谈核心素养视域下学生数学自主学习能力培养之道

摘  要：随着时代发展，社会对于“人才”一词的定义也逐渐拓宽，个人的发展方向逐渐趋于综合性发展。培养核心素养是个人提升核心竞争力的重要途径，更是终身发展的必然要求。自主学习能力作为核心素养发展的核心环节，在新课改中已有体现“学生是学习的主人，教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。”文章则以中高年级小学数学学习为切入点，就如何培养自主学习能力这一话题提出一些有益建议，以期为我国小学生核心素养培养略献绵薄之力。

【Abstract】With the development of The Times，the definition of “talent” in the society is gradually broadened，and the development direction of individuals gradually tends to comprehensive development. Cultivating core competence is not only an important way to improve core competence，but also an inevitable requirement for lifelong development. As the core part of the development of core literacy，autonomous learning ability has been reflected in the new curriculum reform that“students are the masters of learning，and teachers are the organizers，guides and collaborators of learning”. Based on the mathematics study of middle and senior primary schools，this paper puts forward some useful suggestions on how to cultivate the ability of independent learning，hoping to contribute to the cultivation of the core literacy of primary school students in China.

1.學生：转变学习态度，自律自觉自我提升

中高年级的学生随着大脑发育水平不断提升，除了学习能力的加强和学科知识的积累，自我认识能力也日益提高，反思能力亦不外如是。因而，核心素养视域下学生应当转变被动的学习态度，认识到学习是自己的事情，学习能力和学习技能的提升是自己个人实现有效发展的必要条件。学生在学习中应当积极掌握主动权，不断对自我提出要求并努力达成。自主学习并不是要求学生始终保持高度饱满的学习状态一味奋进，学生完全可以循序渐进，在听取有益建议的前提下，自己寻找适合自己的学习节奏，然后不断汲取知识养料，给自己建立起目标架构，将学习目标明确化、体系化、分层次化，分阶段逐一打卡完成，有所整理和反思。这样的学习体验使学生既累积了学科知识与学习技巧，还累积了信心和对学习的情感认同，从而能够在学习高度自觉、身心健康积极的状态下，始终明确自我认知与发展方向，有效实现自我提升。……
