汽车检测与维修专业生产性实训基地建设的几点思考

摘 要：高等职业院校肩负着培养新时代高素质技术技能人才的重任，复合型人才的培养离不开高水平的实训基地建设。生产性基地的建设促进了产教融合，在人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担方面发挥着重要意义。本文阐述了汽车检测与维修专业生产性实训基地的功能，分析了基地建设中存在的几点问题，并给出了应对策略。

Some Thoughts on the Construction of Productive Training Base for Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Specialty

Abstract：Higher Vocational colleges are responsible for training high-quality technical talents in the new era， but this is indispensable to high-level productive training base. The productive training base promotes the integration of production and education， and plays an important role in the aspects of talent co-education， process co-management， achievement sharing and responsibility sharing. The paper expounds the functions of the productive training base of automobile examination and maintenance technology， analyzes some problems existing in the construction of the productive training base， and puts forward some countermeasures.

1 引言

产教融合、校企合作是发展职业教育的关键一招，如何构建教育和产业的发展融合，实现学校和企业合作互利共赢，为推动校企合作可持續发展是一个重大课题。生产性实训基地可以将教学与生产有机的融合在一起，在实现教育教学、提升学生技术技能的同时，还能为为企业输送高质量人才。积极探索新形势下的校企合作机制，增强专业的办学活力和综合竞争力，解决好生产性实训基地建设中的各种问题，促进教育教学和产业的深度融合，为实践实训改革创新增添内生动力。

2 生产性实训基地的功能

汽车检测与维修专业生产性实训基地的建设对于人才培养、实习实训、课程体系建设具有重大意义。同时在校企融合、工学交替、订单培养、顶岗实习、共建校内工厂以及合作建立校外培训基地方面发挥着重要的作用，是促进和推动产教融合的关键举措。

2.1 完善实训实习条件的体系化建设

以生产性实训基地建设为契机，一方面，充分整合现有校企楼实训基地资源，同时购买生产型教学设备，完善一体化教学实训区。……
