激发高职体育教学实效性与践行体育“课程思政”的实践研究

摘 要：高职院校体育教学面临诸多现实问题：体育教学条件欠佳、学生参与体育运动的兴趣与积极性不高、课堂教学实效性不理想、体育教学无法有效发挥培养学生职业身心综合素质的作用等问题。面对这一现状，乌鲁木齐职业大学进行了以培养学生职业身心综合素质为中心，激发体育教学实效性，践行体育课程思政育人功能的体育教学改革实践研究。通过实践探索得出高职体育教学要在紧密贴合职业院校人才培养目标、学校条件、课堂教学实际、学生学情的基础之上，进行课堂教学四维度设计：挖掘改造设计适合本校特点的体育教学内容，创新设计课堂教学管理模式，选取与组合设计针对性的教学方法，设计结构合理激励性明确的学习评价方式，四维度互相融通形成一个有机整体。在教学改革实践的各环节中挖掘和渗透体育课程思政育人元素，从而达到激发释放体育课堂教学活力、提高学生体育学习积极性、培养学生良好职业精神品质的双目标，最终实现体育课程教学服务职业院校人才培养的目的。

Abstract：Physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges is faced with many practical problems： poor physical education teaching conditions， students' interest and enthusiasm in participating in physical education is not high， classroom teaching effectiveness is not ideal， physical education teaching can not effectively play the role of cultivating students' professional body， comprehensive quality of mind and so on. In the face of this situation， Urumqi Vocational University has carried out a practical study on the reform of physical education teaching focusing on cultivating students' professional body and comprehensive quality of mind， stimulating the effectiveness of physical education teaching and practicing the function of ideological and political education in physical education curriculum. It is concluded that we should carry out four-dimensional design of classroom teaching on the basis of closely matching the goal of talent training， school conditions， classroom teaching practice and students' learning situation—excavate and transform the physical education teaching content suitable for the characteristics of our school， innovate the classroom teaching management mode， select and combine the teaching method， design the reasonable incentive and clear learning evaluation method， and form an organic whole. In every link of teaching reform practice， the elements of ideological and political education in physical education curriculum are excavated and infiltrated， so as to stimulate and release the vitality of physical education classroom teaching， improve students' enthusiasm for physical education， and cultivate students' good professional spirit. Finally， the purpose of physical education teaching service vocational colleges is realized.
