知识管理视域下的对分课堂联合TBL教学模式研究

摘 要 改进课堂教学模式，提升大学生能力是新形势下教学改革的一个重要目标。本文从知识管理视域下分析大学生的能力要求，并指出传统课程教学难以培养学生的隐性知识。随后，以知识转移为指导，以对分课堂为基础，将团队学习理念融入对分课堂的全过程，构建了分课堂联合TBL教学新模式，并详细剖析了新教学模式下每一个阶段的要求以及与知识管理的相关性。本文对于探索构建新时代高水平人才培养模式具有积极意义。

Research on the Teaching Mode of PADClass Combined with TBL

from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

Abstract Improving classroom teaching mode and improving college students' ability is an important goal of teaching reform under the new situation. This paper analyzes the ability requirements of college students from the perspective of knowledge management， and points out that the traditional curriculum teaching is difficult to cultivate students' implicitknowledge. Then， guided by knowledge transfer， based on the split classroom， the concept of team learning is integrated into the whole process of split classroom， and a new teaching mode of split classroom combined with TBL （Team Based Learning） is constructed. The requirements of each stage under the new teaching mode and its correlation with knowledge management are analyzed in detail. This paper has positive significance for exploring and constructing the training mode of high-level talents in the new era.

国家非常重视人才培养质量，2018年教育部颁布的《关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》[1]中提出要“以学生发展为中心、通过教学改革促进学习革命”等意见。然而当前的教学中主要以教师为主，偏重于传授学生专业知识，而对学生诸如分析与解决问题能力、独立学习能力、沟通与交流能力、团队协作能力等能力培养不够，从知识管理视域下则表现为偏重显示知识而忽略隐性知识。为此，本文拟以知识转移规律为指导，构建了基于对分课堂与团队学习（TBL）融合的教學新模式，这对探索构建新时代高水平人才培养模式具有积极意义。

1知识管理视域下的大学生能力要求

培养大学生创新创业能力并提高其就业能力是高等教育的基本要求。就业能力是运用在大学所学的专业知识和综合能力，找到并完成工作的能力”，[2]目前人力资源部对学生的专业知识、工作态度、沟通交流、学习、承压能力、学习能力非常看重，并将其作为录用和晋升的依据。……
