动漫专业翻转课堂授课模式的研究与实践

摘  要： 通过对翻转课堂授课模式适用性分析，对比传统授课和翻转课堂授课的优缺点，对翻转课堂授课模式在动漫专业的推广进行论证。设计了适合动漫专业的翻转课堂授课模式，并以一门专业核心课程为例进行翻转课堂授课实践。结果表明，该模式适合动漫专业，育人成效显著。目前该授课模式已在动漫专业的其他课程中实施和推广。

Abstract： By analyzing the applicability of flipped classroom teaching mode， comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching and flipped classroom teaching， this paper demonstrates the promotion of flipped classroom teaching mode in animation specialty. A flipped classroom teaching mode suitable for animation specialty is designed， and a professional core course is taken as an example to practice flipped classroom teaching. The results show that the teaching mode is suitable for animation specialty， and the effect of education is remarkable. At present， the teaching mode has been put into effect and promoted in other courses of animation specialty.

0 引言

翻轉课堂也称反转课堂，通过对知识传授和知识内化的颠倒安排，改变了传统教学中的师生角色，并对课堂时间的使用进行了重新规划，实现了对传统教学模式的革新[1]。

翻转课堂已成为高校特别是职业技术类院校课程教学改革的主方向，不少院校都组织专业教师积极开展翻转式课堂，但从目前的授课情况来看多数老师做翻转课堂效果不佳，没达到真正意义上的翻转教育效果，翻转效果不佳的原因有很多，有些是因为教师对翻转课堂的理解不够，有些是教师筹备的课堂资源不足，也有些是因为课程没有找到正确的翻转方式，当然还有些其他更深层次的原因。

对一门专业课程进行翻转式的设计和实施，需要综合考虑和分析多方面因素才能产生翻转实效，翻转成功会对授课对象起到事半功倍的教育效果。经过动漫专业课程团队对专业课程整体设计和长期实践，下面对动漫专业课程开展分析和论述，分享翻转课堂设计模式及实践过程。……
