基于现代学徒制的高职教育微课应用与研究

摘 要 “微信”、“微视频”、“微课”的出现，我们悄然来到了一个“微”时代，教师学会利用信息化技术与手段，不断提升自身的信息化教学能力和水平，在教学改革中认真思考、努力实践，成为研究者、探路者、创新者。微课更适合高职教育，微课为高职教育改革提供了一种新思路。微课的设计需要从某个项目去选择一个专题进行设计、开发和实施，形成一个整体框架。

The Application and Research of Micro Teaching in Higher Vocational

Education Based on Modern Apprentice System

——Take the automobile maintenance specialty as an example

Abstract "WeChat" and "micro video" and "micro class"， we quietly came to a "micro" era， teachers learn to use information technology and means， improve the teaching ability and level， and serious thinking in the teaching reform practice， to become researchers， Pathfinder， innovators. It is more suitable for higher vocational education， which provides a new way for the reform of higher vocational education. The design of micro lesson needs to choose a project to design， develop and implement from a project， and form a whole framework.

微課最早出现在美国，2008年新墨西哥州圣胡安学院David Penrose教授最先提出这个概念。根据中国的实际情况，广东省佛山市胡铁生老师于2010年率先提出国内比较系统的微课概念。在我国应用微课教学首先从中小学开始，2011年11月佛山市教育局启动了第一届中小学优秀微课比赛，受到师生的一致欢迎。为了进一步推广微课的课堂教学模式，2012年教育部举行了第一届全国高校微课教学比赛，1600多所院校和近12000名高校教师参赛。从此微课逐渐得到了高等院校教育工作者的重视和实践，高职院校也结合高职教学自身的特色，将微课广泛应用到教学中。

1 微课广泛应用的必然性

微课是指以视频、动画等形式为主要载体，教师围绕某个知识点（重点、难点、疑点）而开展的符合课程标准的直观的形象的教学过程。

微课为什么会得到广泛应用呢？从科普频道的知识讲解到生活频道的点点滴滴，我们其实从来没有离开过微课，我们身边有许许多多微课优秀案例。……
