基于现代学徒制下高职园林类人才工匠精神培育研究

摘  要：随着社会对高水平的人才需求，现代学徒制对高职院校提出更高的要求。文章通过分析园林行业工匠精神的现状，调查了解园林企业主要岗位工匠精神特征。通过在校企生三方的有机融合，从责任意识、道德品质、学习态度、执行力等方面阐述培养学徒的创新机制模式改革，为人才培养工匠精神培养探索一条模式。

Abstract： With the increasing social demand for high-level talents， the modern apprenticeship system puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current situation of the spirit of craftsman in the garden industry and investigates the spiritual characteristics of craftsman in the main positions of garden enterprises. Through the organic integration of enterprise， colleges and students， this paper expounds the innovation mechanism reform of training apprentices from the aspects of responsibility consciousness， moral quality， learning attitude and executive ability， and explores a model for cultivating craftsman spirit of talents.

一、研究背景

現代学徒制是职业教育校企合作不断深化的一种新的形式，是顶岗实习、订单培养的一种递进，是职业教育发展的必然趋势。根据国家教育部传达的《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》教职成（2014）9号文件精神，学校积极开展现代学徒制的试点专业申报工作。2015年城市园林群校企合作进行了现代学徒制试点，在推行过程中根据学生个性特点基于分类分层人才培养模式改革的探索，通过校企合作“蓝海班”现代学徒制的试点培养强化工学结合，凸显培养学生综合能力的人才培养目标。但无论哪种培养形式，都离不开核心素养的培养，特别是国务院总理李克强在近两年《政府工作报告》中屡次提出要大力弘扬工匠精神，厚植工匠文化，恪尽职业操守，崇尚精益求精，完善激励机制，培育众多“中国工匠”，打造更多享誉世界的“中国品牌”，推动中国经济发展进入质量时代。古语云：“玉不琢，不成器”。工匠精神不仅体现了对产品精心打造、精工制作的理念，吸收前沿技术创造新成果的追求，更是一种严谨的职业素养，一种追求完美的工作态度。……
