分析早期康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者睡眠质量的影响

摘要目的：对老年股骨颈骨折患者实行早期康复护理在其睡眠质量方面的影响效果进行深入探究。方法：选取2018年6月至2019年12月湖北航天医院收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组进行早期康复护理，对照组进行常规护理干预，比较2组患者的最终护理效果。结果：观察组术后髋关节评分显著高于对照组，同时其术后并发症出现率、睡眠质量评分均低对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：对老年股骨颈股骨折患者实行早期康复护理可有效提高其睡眠质量。

Analysis of the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

股骨颈骨折属于临床常见病症，该病主要以老年人群为主要患病对象。该骨折的出现主同老年人在自身髋关节周边肌肉退变、平衡能力下降、骨质疏松，受到外力因素影响有关。当老年人出现股骨颈骨折后，在愈合期间并发症的出现几率相对较高，故有必要予以患者更为良好的护理措施干预[1]。本研究主要是对早期康复护理老年股骨颈骨折中的运用效果进行深入探究，现将结果报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2018年6月至2019年12月湖北航天医院收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组中男28例，女22例;年龄（7456±218）岁。观察组中男26例，女24例;年龄（7268±277）岁。2组患者一般资料经比较，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。本研究经过患者及其家属知情同意。
