心理护理改善蛛网膜下腔出血患者头痛及睡眠的效果观察

摘要目的：探讨心理护理改善蛛网膜下腔出血患者头痛和睡眠质量的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的蛛网膜下腔出血患者78例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组39例。对照组患者采取常规护理方法，观察组患者采用心理护理，比较2组患者缓解头痛以及改善睡眠的效果。结果：观察组患者护理后VAS疼痛评分（257±055）分低于对照组（382±085）分，观察组患者护理后睡眠质量评分（908±114）分低于对照组（1136±128）分，2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<005）。结果：心理护理对蛛网膜下腔出血患者头痛缓解的临床效果显著，可有效减轻患者头痛，改善患者睡眠质量，值得推广。

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Improving Headache and Sleep of Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

AbstractObjective：To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing on improving headache and sleep quality of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhageMethods：A total of 78 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the research objectsAccording to the random number table method，the patients were divided into control group and observation group39 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing，39 patients in the observation group were treated with psychological nursing，and the degree of headache relief was compared between the two groupsResults：The VAS pain score（257±055）of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（382±085），and the sleep score（908±114）of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（1136±128），the difference was statistically significant（P<005）Results：Psychological nursing has a significant clinical effect on relieving headache in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhageIt can effectively reduce headache and improve sleep quality，which is worth popularizing.

蛛网膜下腔出血是由于脑底部或脑表面发生病变使血管破裂，血液入侵蛛网膜下腔引发的临床综合征，又称为原发性蛛网膜下腔出血。蛛网膜下腔出血会引发患者头痛，加重患者负性情绪，从而降低患者睡眠质量。根据相关研究显示[1]，心理护理可有效缓解蛛网膜下腔出血患者的头痛程度及睡眠。本文选取我院接受治疗的78例蛛网膜下腔出血患者作为研究对象，探讨心理护理对蛛网膜下腔出血患者应用效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2018年1月至2019年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的蛛网膜下腔出血患者78例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组39例。对照组中男20例，女19例，年龄51～73岁，平均年龄（6246±382）岁;观察组中男17例，女22例，年龄52～74岁，平均年龄（6367±571）岁。一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。
