针对性护理对慢性肾脏病患者睡眠及生命质量的影响研究

摘要目的：探究针对性护理模式改善慢性肾脏病患者睡眠及生命质量的效果。方法：选取2018年2月至2019年2月厦门市第五医院收治的慢性肾脏病患者86例作为研究对象，随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上进行针对性护理干预。比较2组患者护理后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）]及生命质量[简明健康状况调查表（SF36量表）]评分。结果：护理后观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组，SF36量表评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：在常规护理基础上，对慢性肾脏病患者予以针对性护理，可促进睡眠，改善生命质量，值得临床应用。

Study on the Influence of Targeted Nursing for Sleep and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

AbstractObjective：To explore the effect of targeted nursing mode in improving sleep and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney diseaseMethods：A total of 86 patients with chronic kidney disease in Fifth Hospital of Xiamen City from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected as the study objects，and they were divided into control group and study group with 43 cases in each group according to the computer random methodThe control group were with routine nursing intervention，the study group were with targeted nursing on the basisThen the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI scale）] and life quality[concise health status questionnaire（SF36）] scores of two groups after the nursing were comparedResults：The PSQI score of study group after nursing were significantly lower than those of control group，the SF36 scores were significantly higher than those of control group，there were statistically significant differences（P<005）Conclusion：The targeted nursing for patients with chronic kidney disease on the basis of routine nursing can promote the sleep and improve the quality of life，so it is worthy of clinical application.

随着医疗技术的不断完善、发展，慢性肾脏病患者死亡风险得到有效控制，并且存活率也得到很大提高，但相关并发症仍有较大的控制空间，而并发症的发生直接降低了患者的日常生命质量，特别是睡眠状况，与患者的病情及生命质量存在密切联系。本研究探究针对性护理对慢性肾脏病患者睡眠及生命质量的影响，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2018年2月至2019年2月厦门市第五医院收治的慢性肾脏病患者86例作为研究对象，随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组中男23例，女20例，年龄18～60岁，平均年龄（4613±586）岁，病程05～30年，平均病程（147±042）年，疾病分类：肾炎20例，肾小管损伤14例，其他9例。观察组中男24例，女19例，年龄20～60岁，平均年龄（4575±634）岁，病程06～30年，平均病程（151±045）年，疾病分类：肾炎21例，肾小管损伤15例，其他7例。2组患者的一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。本……
